It is my pleasure to provide official notice that Yvette is the talent and creator of many wonderful and delicious culinary delights.   For the Annual ARCCA Convention, Yvette outdid herself by making a replica cake in the shape of the L1011 aircraft we all flew for so many years.  The cake sat on display for three days while we gathered around it for admiring glances and comments.  On the night of the gala dinner, this cake served over fifty servings and remained moist, fresh, and filled the air with the aroma of chocolate.  It was truly the highlight of the convention and our ceremonial evening.  ARCCA President Tom Leonard
