Yvette & I had a blast designing my cake (red velvet with cream cheese icing – yum). She is a creative genius when it comes to design – and willing to try anything. Our tasting was so much fun – and her presentation is incredible! The cake’s design was rivaled by only the delicious flavor – it was a sensory delight. She is an absolutely wonderful lady to work with – and her cake is amazingly scrumptious. You won’t be disappointed.

It is my pleasure to provide official notice that Yvette is the talent and creator of many wonderful and delicious culinary delights. For the Annual ARCCA Convention, Yvette outdid herself by making a replica cake in the shape of the L1011 aircraft we all flew for so many years. The cake sat on display for three days while we gathered around it for admiring glances and comments. On the night of the gala dinner, this cake served over fifty servings and remained moist, fresh, and filled the air with the aroma of chocolate. Yvette. I just wanted to Thank You again SO much for Kevin's birthday cake. It was huge HIT!! Nobody believed that it was a cake. Everyone thought it was a table decoration until I had mentioned that it was a cake. The cake was so delicious, moist, chocolaty, perfect combination with the Raspberry filling, and so fresh! You just don't get cakes as good as your's, or as Creative and well done!. We had lots of people who wanted to take some cake home with them, so we had very little left over which is a good thing!
